I'm having trouble logging into online resources, what can I do?
If you're having trouble logging into any of the online resources, there are a few things you can try:
- Make sure you're using your Gordon student email address (studentnumber@gordontafe.edu.au) and your password (this is the same login used to access computers at The Gordon and eCentral). If you can't remember your network password, you can reset your password.
- Try using a different Internet browser. Some of our databases don't work properly on Internet Explorer; Google Chrome or MS Edge works best for all the library databases.
- Contact Customer Services to check account details. They will be able to check if you have any sanctions (e.g. unpaid fees, overdue Library items, locked accounts etc.) which are blocking your access to online resources. Phone: (03) 5225 0567 or email: custservice1@gordontafe.edu.au
